  • How can i access my account?

    To access your account after registration you should click 'Login' and insert the email adress registered as well as the password you chose.

  • What happens to my personal data after registration?

    Every personal data you provide as well as your order history are available exclusively to you by logging in. If you wish you can edit or delete your information at anytime from your account. For more information please check our privacy policy.

  • I forgot my password! What should i do now?

    There is no problem. In the login/register area there is the "I forgot my password" button. After clicking in this button you will receive an email on your registered email.

  • How do I know if my order was submited?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you and you can also check your account under "Order History" and checking if your order is registered on the table.

  • When can I contact the Online Customer Support?

    You can contact our Online Customer Support team on working days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Portugal time). We will try to address your query as soon as possible.
